- Tóm tắt: This study explored how Artificial Intelligence (AI) impacts the productivity of Gen Z employees in Ho Chi Minh City, analyzing both direct effects and indirect effects through employee skills and well-being. Using data from 329 respondents and PLS-SEM analysis, all five hypotheses were supported, with AI usage, skills, and well-being explaining 59% of the variance in productivity.
