Tóm tắt: This research explores the factors influencing the continuance intention to use the MoMo e-wallet among Generation Z in Ho Chi Minh City. Key factors identified include attitude, satisfaction, perceived usefulness, trust, and price value. The study reveals that a positive attitude and high perceived usefulness are the strongest predictors of continued usage intention.
