Tóm tắt: The study investigates the impact of industrial agglomeration on the innovation activities of Vietnamese SMEs from 2005 to 2015. It finds that both localization and urbanization externalities have significantly promoted innovation in these enterprises. The results highlight the importance of geographic concentration and diversity of industries in fostering knowledge spillovers and innovation. The study recommends strategic positioning of SMEs within industrial clusters to leverage these benefits.
